Prices were great. They were very helpful when I needed anything, even when I needed to make some changes less than 2 weeks before the event. Our setup was a delayed due to rain, but they kept us in the loop the whole time and still had it all setup the day before our event. I would reccomend them to anyone in the area.
Totally covered was amazing. We had so many last minute add ons which they accommodated, as well as helped our catering staff get all the equipment they needed. I would highly recommend Sheila you are the best!
Totally covered came through beyond expectations for our wedding! We were in touch well in advance, they had quick turn around with quotes, suggestions, advice, and direction. The tent arrived and set up well before the scheduled inspection. Permit was a breeze. The tables, chairs, dish-ware, cutlery, lights, you name it, they “covered” it! We had an amazing experience with Totally Covered! Sheila was an absolute pleasure to deal with from day 1 (even allowing me to keep adding onto my order like once a month leading up to my wedding whenever I realized I needed something else.) Christian and his crew came to set up and they had the tent/lights up and the tables and chairs all unloaded before we knew it. Not to mention we got tons of compliments on everything we rented from them! Especially the harvest tables and cross back chairs. We will definitely be keeping this rental company in mind for future events and recommending to all our friends and family.

Fantastic service and highly recommend Christian and his wife Sheila. The tent we hired was brought on time, constructed very professionally in minimum time. We had an issue with our tent due to the heavy rains and crazy storms that passed through and this was rectified extremely quickly. Weddings are stressful enough and Christian was extremely reassuring and quick and sorted an issue that totally wasn’t anybody’s fault. Our daughter’s wedding was a great success and everybody complimented the tent, tables, chairs and place settings. Everything was taken down in a timely manor with no property damage and no fuss. Highly recommend this company and am very happy we hired from them. We will use them again, a joy to work with. So nice to deal with a company that does things right.
